I work in the same kind of social setting. I ignore the ignorers and talk to the friendly people. I've discovered that most of the ignorers are very selfish people you don't want anything to do with anyway. They are doing you a favor by ignoring you.

Unless you are "preaching" to them - in which case you should stop - then you should simply ask them if you have offended them or something. This will give them an opportunity to address any issues, and it will give you an opportunity to start a conversation. If that does not work then just let them be, because there are a lot of people today who are just too wrapped-up in their own world to care! You did the right thing and should feel good about that. Take care - and good luck!

Just continue to be pleasant. If they are ignoring you maybe you are making them feel uncomfortable if you are bringing Jesus up too much where you work. You have let them know how you feel about Jesus if you have, so let it go so they can also enjoy the place where they are having to work. Never confront anyone at your work place. It could cause you to lose your job.

Sorry to hear they are ignoring you. I hate to make excuses, but perhaps they are unhappy and taking it out on others? They may not see your kindness. Or, perhaps in your attempt to be kind, they are getting put-off, or think they will owe you for your kindness?
It's never fun, BUT, my policy is ALWAYS, confront them. When in a situation where you are being your usual kind self, and they are ignoring you... do an "about-face" and address them by name.
For example: Taking co-worker Nancy a document she left in the fax room. You think she may need it (you don't know). You approach her with the document, smiling and say "Here's something I think you'll need". And she looks at it, puts it on her desk and continues to work. Instead of turning around disappointed and leaving, perhaps try saying something like "Nancy, I'm sorry if I disturbed you, as you seem very busy. I wanted to make sure that I did the right thing by bringing this to you. I wouldn't want to interrupt you needlessly in the future if this were to happen again. And, is everything ok with you, as you didn't seem to acknowledge me?"
Perhaps confronting, and opening genuine dialogue, you can build a good rapport with your co-workers who tend to ignore you. Afterall... it's hard to ignore someone who calls you by name and speaks to you face to face.
Best of luck!

I agree, if you are preaching the good lord to your co-workers they may not appreciate that. I know I try to ignore the local God lover I work with because of that reason. Don't confront them, not everyone is going to like you. The sooner you realize that, the less you'll care.

Just ignore them. If they do not want to take the time to tell you "hey, i dont like you, could you stop bothering me" then they are not worht confronting.
Just go about your way and enjoy the people who don't ignore you.

My girlfriend ignores me all the time, especially when she is on dates with other people. I find if I do all her housework and beg alot she sometimes looks at me and smiles. A few months ago I arranged for half my monthly salary to be deposited into her account on a regular basis. She now lets me kiss her feet and paint her toe nails. It is not much but definitly an improvement.
I hope I helped you. P.S. can you please answer a few of my questions too?

I believe that they are showing you how they want to be treated. You may show concern by conversation and contact, but they may just want to be left alone. They probably don't dislike you. So, to treat them they way they want to be treated, you may have to back off a bit.
