Is there a Japanese website that can handle/order back number magazines?

I would very much like to purchase specific issues, but websites in the USA/Europe don't seem to cater too well for those wanting to order specific editions/back-numbers, so I was hoping to find a Japanese website(or highstreet shop that has a website) that does handle this service. I would then (hopefully) be able to email them about sending it abroad (to the UK).

If there is a specific magazine that you want, you should go to that magazine's website and send an e-mail to them. You don't say what magazine title(s) you are looking for, so this is the best advice I can give you.
