The correct answer to your question is once all the auditions are completed in each city, those who received a golden ticket have to wait until all the audtion cities are finished. Once they are done, then those who were selected to go to Hollywood are flown there by the show for the Hollywood rounds.

when they got the ticket to go to hollywood . they left the next day . The auditions are taped untill the live show .

This is actually a good question..
I think they fly them there...but i'm not sure.
They provide transportation and everything once they get there, so you'd think they'd pay for them to get there in the first place.
