Is it possible for someone to change his/her whole name, have different parents,family, maybe birthday.. etc etc? Not for illegal purpose though.

Probably when this person get hit by something and lose the memory.

Yeah, its possible but not easy (think Witness Protection Program). You'd still have the same fingerprints and DNA, so there would still be a link to your old identity.

A man sold his identity on ebay a few weeks ago. It came with everything including problems with his ex girlfriend!!
