get married. you will fear nothing after that.
note: you will also feel nothing after that either, only the sweet sweet pangs of eternal death.

......i could say "confront your fears" like some have said.....but there's only one way to do that......and I think you probably want to live a little longer. Truth of the matter is kinda simple if you think about it. CONTROL. We have "so we think" control of our life and what we do in it. When you go to bed you may say, "i'm going to wake up at 8 am so I can go to the doctors"....or whatever. You think you have the control to do that...and as long as you're healthy and alive......you do. It's all a control issue. As long as you can control your life, you do not fear as much. The one thing you can not control, which you know, is death....and death is certain. Not being able to control this causes fear because more than likely it's not a situation you would want to be in. I was kind of in the same boat up until about a year ago. I could lay in bed and think about death and start hyperventilating because it scared the crap out of me. I had no control of it.....it was going to happen and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm not trying to be religious here but; a lack of faith can add to the anxiety. After finding my faith and praying......my fears of death subsided because I found out I do still have control......control on where I go after my body is done. That is the only reassurance I have for my fear of death.......sometimes you actually welcome it because you know you'll be in a better place. If you are a religious person and believe in a higher being, you have to learn that you don't really have as much control as you think you do. The key is to giving in to this thought, and living life the best that you can with what you have. You have control on what you do through life.........but not life itself. Hope this helped

No matter how hard you try, you will always be afraid of something. I'm not saying that to be a jackass or anything, but just say that many fears of many things, such as the dark, heights, and snakes, and how people tend to flinch if they see rapid movement in their general direction, are just survival traits bred into humanity's genes. The only way to get over your fears is to confront them. Me I was afraid of heights. So what did I do? I went bungee jumping, and let me tell you, that had to be the most thrilling thing I've ever done. And now, I'm not afraid of heights. So just confront your fears and you'll get over them.

get over being afraid of death...odds are you will live a long life...death is a normal part of life...there is no way to prevent it, and there is no reason to fear it...work on that one and the rest of your fears will vanish

It all depends upon your outlook on life.
I am scared of cities and crowds plus other things, BUT I have no fear of death whatsoever
