I have a few movies and music videos that I want to put on my IPOD. They download and sync to it but I can only see the picture and there is never any sound. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Oh, and if it matters there is sound when its played on the computer.

My friend was having the same problem. He tried everything. As a last attempt, I told him to reformat the iPod back to factory settings using iTunes and to upload everything back onto the iPod. For some reason, it worked.

There's something rong with the converted file, or the Converter that you are using to convert the videos to mp4 forma. Check the settings for Audio, and something should be the problem there.
If it palys on your comp perfectly, it should play on your iPod too, unless you haven;t put on the Volume in your iPod
