Who funds the OPCW? (organisation for the prohibition of chemical weapons)?

I am in a model UN class and I need to know where the OPCW's funding comes from but I can't seem to find anything that says. Does anyone know?

Member States such as Russia, United States,and China who belong to this body fund programs oriented toward disarmament of countries who produce chemical weapons. These individual states contribute according to their governmets available funds.They work in conjunction with other organizations who are oriented toward goals of disarmament of these countries who produce, WMDs. The site also mentions 6,000 industrial sites are subject to inspection world wide. 2007 Budget is 75,025,751 EUR. 40 States contribute to voluntary fund for assistance.
