If you are referring to the device that you install into the intake tube, or the air filter canister, It only causes issues with emissions.
It doesn't do anything for power or economy.
Every time I have seen one come into the shop, there is a problem related to emissions, and hasn't increased the fuel economy or the horsepower or torque, their "demonstration" on the dyno not withstanding.
That dyno demonstration can be manipulated so many different ways that cannot be detected by the camera.
Save your money and reputation.
If this thing really did what it was advertised to do, it would come as OEM on your car.
As for economy, think CAFE standards.
As for performance, think Customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
The manufacturers have much more money for R & D than you do.

Happy Motoring

Have seen dyno results from this product that were not from the maker, have seen no improvement on horsepower or torque. Most runs actually showed loss of power due to it causing a restriction in the intake tract. Lots of products out there that will given proven results this isnt one of them.

No this is a horrible problem and I have seen them brek and suck into the intake and cause all kinds of trouble...there is a product that does work and I personally use it..It is called a throttle body spacer, they run between $80.00- 120.00 depending on car and work great....very easy install also....check it out....go to this site
