Batman. His superpowers are his brain and his willpower. He's an unaltered human being. And he also scares the crap out of Superman.
That means, he's actually physiologically possible whereas Superman and Spider-Man are not.
Keep in mind that Spider-Man is my second favorite superhero.

Are we talking modern day? Well Batman sucks really. Spider man is really good and so is the new Superman. But I think I would have to say Spider man.

Vegeta. 14. Goku. The above DBZ characters you mentioned, even Android 18, can single-handedly slaughter all of those lousy super heroes. I mean, they can blow up the freakin' planet.

I'd have to go with Spider man, I mean come on, how cool would it be to shoot that stuff outta your wrists, and be able to fly from building to building, and he can scale walls..
All in all I'd vote Spidey, he is just awesome..
And if you ever get in a fight, you would win, because you can see the shots coming really slowly, that was one of my favorite parts from the first Spider man..

You are asking about "better", not the most powerful. I'll choose spidey. He leads normal life like us when he's not spidey. Facing lots of own problems and yet making effort to save lifes.
Superman only need to worry how to get Louis Lone where Batman worry about Robin.

Has to be Superman..he's invulnerable has more powers than any other hero, super smart and has no hang ups. He's also the most famous superhero.

BATMAN and here are my reasons
1.he doesn't rely on superpowers. he's just a normal human being that uses his brain and skill the right way.
2.no superpowers meaning no MAJOR weakness that he can't fight. e.g- superman-he can NEVER defeat those krypton stones, but if batman, he can improved himself and finally beat that weakness.(whatever that weakness is)
3.he have cool gadgets and inventions that surpass superpowers
4.he's so cold and a good integrator
5.the suit is cool, not to mention his means of transportation
6.he's just... cool.

i just rank them...
1.Batman --because he has lots of gadgets and smart compare to superman and spiderman....^_^
2.Superman --super strong,boss of all heroes ....^^,
3.Spiderman --just too simple but he's also nice...hehe...=)
