The locking gas cap on the car is stuck and won't come off. The weather has been below freezing. Could it be frozen shut?

Unlikely, but moisture could freeze. If the key won't turn, get a "hot key" and use it. You could also pour a little boiling water on it, take it off, and keep it in the house just long enough to ensure it is completely dry on the outside and in the lock itself before you put it back on.

it shount unless you got water or moister on the cap cause gas dont freeze

i become chatting with my Neighbor about that the former day, he's extremely older then me, and he informed me that happed each and every of the time in the 70's with the Oil scarcity from O P E C He stated they made it so that you won't be able to scouse borrow gasoline out of a tank because they make it so that you won't be able to
