Great find on youtube. Thanks for posting this. Yes, I wish the US had politicians like this willing to stand up to illegal politicians creating illegal wars. I think Paul Wellstone was probably the closest thing we had. And, now I think Bernie Sanders and Dennis Kucinich are 2 politicians who are the closest we have to George Galloway. Senator Coleman came across as the biggest idiot in the senate. Hopefully, he'll get voted out in 2008.

The remarkable thing about George Galloway is that he has been adopted by the Lib -Left "anti establishment " brigade who believe unreservedly that they occupy the moral high ground in British politics. As George Galloway only wanders around those areas that strong bleach cannot even reach , it tells us a lot about the location of the place that the "anti establishment " brigade actually live in .

Your statement is very nearly an oxymoron, since you used politician and truth in the same sentence. As long as the media, and both of the parties in power are help hostage to a political agenda, (in other words, always) we'll never know "The Truth". My son just got back from Iraq a couple of months ago, (1st Marines) and I believe what he tells me. I can assure you that it is different from ANY account you will get from either political camp and particularly the main media outlets. You wanna know the truth, find a returning combat vet and ask them.

Having a politician speak out against the war is nothing new. It's become cliche'. That guy is Neville Chamberlain II.

Galloway is nothing more than a **** stirrer. He's NOT intelligent, was in bed with Saddam, and supports terrorism even in Britian.

He told half truths about the sanctions on Iraq. While Saddam's people starved, went without services, and lacked important medical care, he was taking money from the Oil for Food Program and building entire palace complexes.

I guess he didn't bother to tell you guys that, though...

If the American people haven't figured out what the "truth about Iraq is"-by NOW, God himself isn't going to be able to tell them anything new. And THAT'S the truth.

Hell yes! In fact, we had him here and he ripped Norm Coleman a new one. Of course, the media only reported how they were about to nail Galloway with an indictment over the so-called "oil for food scandal".

How's that indictment coming, Norm?????

What makes you think an American version of Mr. Galloway would be any more honest that the disingenuous British model already extant?

Wasn't he on the UK "Big Brother" or something of that sort as well?
