volume has a tendency to be uncorrelated in elementary words because you may commerce severe volumes with common expenses to be up or down. volume only shows what percentage stocks have traded palms. Volumes traded have a tendency to extend even as there are important moves in a inventory fee in both direction, even though it isn't a causal relationship. even as a inventory is oversold, it shows there is more desirable provide than call for and the share fee declines. even as a inventory is overbought, it shows there is more desirable call for and inventory fee will enhance.
