Hi! I'm Emily! Lets just say, im a little big for my age. I am 12 years old 5'9, and i way 113 pounds. I have tryouts on March 37th, and my dream is to be a top girl for that squad. Any, good eating plans out there that help you guys loose a couple of extra pounds? Please, No rude comments. My nickname on my squad now is Gumbi, as in i am more flexible then any one of our top girls. But, i am an excellent base, so i cant go up, plus the weight problem. I have my right side: heel stretch, scorpion, scale, x-scale, bow-n-arrow, and liberty, but i cannot do ANYTHING but left side splits. it is actually pretty weird. I am afraid if i work on let side to much then i will loose my right? So, any tips on stretching to get all of those things on my left side that would be great.
