why i m having privice report icon in my IE when i open my site?

why i m having privice report icon in my IE when i open my site my site link is www.chillimilli.com and i want to know whay it taking so much time to open coz my server is on 10 mb internet connection and when i open my site it show its upper site 1st and then hang after few second it open full site at onces please advice in detail cheers

It is the server and the content..It is loaded with details so it takes time..a few seconds is not bad.
