1/Why do people in hot deserts wearing white clothes? white reflects light, hence you stay cooler. 2/what color does red cloth appear when illuminated by neon light? Whatever color the neon light is. 3/why is the sky a darker blue when you are at high altitudes? The sky is less blue the further you are from it (due to scattering of light, the more it travels the more is scatters).

red, red, black

The first two have red wavelengths to be reflected from the cloth. The cyan light doesn't have red wavelengths to be reflected. Other colors are absorbed.
