Every PC I've ever bought or opened out of a box was insulated by heavy Styrofoam ... especially on the corners & edges.

Buy some sheets & cut them to measure for the box you will be shipping it in. Put one layer on the bottom of the box & then put the PC in it.
With the PC inside the box cut more styrofoam into properly sized pieces to insulate the PC from the box on all sides & finally from the top as well.
Make sure it's a snug fit.

Use a thick & solid cardboard box.
That''ll do it.

you can buy foam & buble plastics to secured the cpu before putting inside the box, we used it to avoid damage while it is shipping.

(^_^) hope this will help
