I have to make a 10page manual or similar document for my technical writing class in college. My major is international relasionship and city planning, and I do not know anything about technical.... What topic should I chose?

You could do a User Guide on Yahoo! Questions. :-) You don't have to pick something really technical. Anything that you like to do on the computer will be good. Or, a favorite: how to work a VCR.

google technical and see what you can find. Look technical up in the dictionary and write about any thing you can think of.
