Hi

I found this company www.webtech-101.com offering resume services for very low rates but quality resumes. They can write any kind of resume depending on your desired target positions. You just email them a draft of your resume and let them know your situation. I got my resume in 3 days time.

If you want more info, you can email me at tatiana_infi@yahoo.com

If you have more than 2 years related work experience, I recommend using this format.

Start with a Skills Summary.

Then list your employment history, be sure to include your accomplishments.

Then list your education. State the years you have been going to college - you may have two years of coursework, but you have been going for 5 yrs or something. As an employer I like to see that people are plugging away. State the area of study.
List any other pertinent training you have under your formal education.
You do not need to list the high school you went to.
