What are the symptoms of an allergic reaction to a knee replacement?

if you are having any side effects other than soreness. go back to your ortho-surgeon. you could have an infection building up. you can catch it early. don't mess around with this. otherwise, the surgeon will have to go back in. i doubt that it is an allergic reaction. please list your allergies for other people to better answer your question. all allergies are important. thanks.

Inflammation and fever in the limb and redness are the key ones.

Did your physician not do an allergy panel first?

My mom's physician is making her have an allergy panel ran first to determine if she's allergic to any of the material first, before he goes in.
