Of course. It's not a matter of opinion. It is an undeniable biological fact that every abortion kills an innocent human being.
There are well over a million couples waiting to adopt children right now in the United States. Some are on waiting lists to adopt babies with HIV, spina bifida, Down syndrome, and other illnesses and disabilities, and others will happily adopt children of any ethnicity or babies born with drug dependencies. There is no shortage of homes for infants.

And by the way, abortion is nearly four times as dangerous as childbirth, which only makes sense. One is a violent, unnatural, forced procedure accomplished with sharp instruments, and the other is a natural process. Here's the proof:

I agree that this is murder, but you can't disagree that this is a very sensitive issue. I know of someone who was put through an abortion, I'm not saying it is right, but if I were ever rapped while I'm still in school then I'd have to decide if walking through the school halls pregnant is worth it......I'd have to live through each day with the constant reminder that I am carrying the baby of my attacker. Yes, I could put the baby up for adoption, but years later that same child might come looking for their real parents, and I'd have relive the whole thing again and explain why I didn't want them. I guess it varies from person to person, but I do not think people should use it as a form of birth control!

Yes and no.
Ideally, of course, if a child is conceived, it is carried to term. But that's idealistic.
I've worked with parents that had no right procreating, and sadly an abortion probably would have felt merciful to their offspring.
I've also seen the children that weren't adopted, and they are worthy of the deepest love and care and they are wondering what is wrong with them that they could be dismissed repeatedly.
Would they have chosen life? Yes. I'd imagine so.
But there are so many downsides to being and having a reluctant parent.
If the argument is "take responsibility," I would only advise you to look at the number of empty jail cells around the country and ask yourself if you should count on people being "responsible". Sometimes the most responsible thing you can do is admit your limitations.
Live well

Thats part of the problem... people (Americans) are going around the WORLD to adopt, while there are hundreds of thousands of children who weren't aborted right here who need a home / family. That amount would probably be double or almost triple if women weren't getting abortions. While I do not believe in abortions personally, I do feel that women should have a choice, especially in cases of rape. Though I think there should be a limit of one abortion per woman. There are women in this country who have had 5+, that's unhealthy and irresponsible.

Yes and no. Murder is unlawfully killing another person, so an abortion performed as allowed by law is not murder. An abortion that is performed as not allowed by law could be murder.
As to your second question, I guess the only time an abortion would be "necessary" would be to save/protect the life of the mother or another fetus in the womb.
Oh wait....was I supposed to bring up morals and values in my answers?

I believe that you should not judge unless you are in the shoes of the person who is pregnant...I will be the "brave" one here....I was 19 and pregnant with a guys baby and all he did was drugs, got in trouble with the law and had major mental issues.... My father left when he found out I was in my mothers belly...and as I sat and looked at this guy I saw my father sitting across from me....I didnt want my child to have a man like that in thier life and I sure as heck couldnt do it on my own since I lived 2 1/2 hours from any family and didnt have any friends.... I also could never give this child up for adoption because deep down I wanted this baby and there was no way I could carry a baby for 9 months and give it away to someone that I had no idea if they were going to be a good parent...or what if my child tried to find me one day,,what would I say??? I am now 28 and I have a 21 month old baby girl with my husband of 3 years and been together for 8...I still know I made the right choice for my unborn child....since I have been pregnant and gave birth I know the only way anyone would take my child away from me is out of my dead hands...I love my daughter more then life...and as for my unborn child I know he/she understands I did what I did for them.... just as parents do,,,they always choose the child first living or not...

no it is not murder, it is a choice , and is no ones business but the person involved. Also what is wrong with people going around the world and adopting children that will likely die if not adopted, those are walking living breathing children and you want to let them die so that some woman may or may not abort, OK

How many women die because of getting an abortion?
before 8 weeks: 1 in 1,000,000
16-20 weeks: 1 in 29,000
21 weeks of more: 1 in 11,000
...and how many women die from childbirth? 1 in 5,000
So here's a reason to have an abortion: It could quite possibly save your life.
Furthermore, an unborn baby can't feel half as much pain as the fully grown animals we kill by the millions every day, so anyone who's going to argue that killing fetuses is bad had better be vegan as well.
In fact, you know how nobody can remember their own birth? That's because consciousness doesn't develop until long after a baby is born. A fetus, or even a newborn baby, feels no true pain as they have no awareness of suffering. They only feel pain the way a robot programmed to act as if it feels pain does. In fact, killing them is almost doing them a favour, since at least they'll die before they know how to feel pain or fear death, unlike the rest of us who actually have to suffer through death.

Abortion is murder, just like walking on an ant or killing a fly. What makes one life more important than another?
