There are proxy servers that can be accessed that will allow one to bypass the restrictions imposed by a government. Unfortunately, it's a cat and mouse game played between government censors and those who set up new proxy servers as censors attempt to block any new proxy servier that pops up.

You mean America? This is turning into one. One way is to not trust the news you get here. try Al Jazeera online, it is from the middle east, and you will get news not "cleansed" for america.
