Yes, it's gravity certainly affects the earth. The primary way is by being a vacuum for interstellar bodies headed into the inner solar system. Without Jupiter, the interior would be a lot more dangerous.

Yes, Jupiter's gravity does indirectly affect the Earth, as manifested in precession of the Earth's axial tilt and possibly the advent of ice ages.

YES!! As little as the effect may be, it is part of the 'whole' solar system's balance. However little effect one planet has on another, the general balance is somewhat dependant on the total effect of the actual existance of our solar system as we know it!!
