No. I live in Spain and haven´t heard of any Royal family with the last name Arzola.

BORBON as King juan carlos dad and his mother were from that area in Spain, his father never became king and his mother was named Mersadies of Borbon.
Arcos is another Royal name in spain. the relatives from that live in Los angeles.
