can you get hurt by touching everywhere on a canon photo printer?

No, not while it is off. But you don't want to touch the inside of the printer while it is printing or even while it is not in that fact. The inside does have a heat bar that you can get burned. Moving parts can snag your long hair - it did mine once when I bent over it to troubleshoot a problem with it! I own a Canon BJC-4200! You can get hurt - so don't touch it while it is running, OK.
