I don't dislike my immediate Supervisor (managers "Manage" and love the title. Supervisors supervise and Teach).
Mine is a wonderful person to work with!
I, too, am a Supervisor and I got Flowers today from my wonderful People!! I guess I am a pain in the wallet and not the a**!!
Thank you guys!!!!

I haven't had a manager yet, that I've liked. They're too busy kisses their own bosses a** to worry about their workers. Then what really pi**es me off is when you do all the hard work & they take the credit for it. If I ever got the opportunity to become their boss, I'd make every day a living hell for them.

My department manager is nice and so is my supervisor. But I've had a boss that would make a little girl cry. (in other words his being a pain in the a** would rival him being and a**h*o*l*e). My trick is doing my job as I'm told and then asking if there is anything else to do. They got nothing to say to me.

I am a manager and I really hope that I'm not a pain. However, my manager is a super huge prick because he is arrogant and doesn't possess good managerial skills.

Mine is alright. But I'm a Team Leader, and from my side I'd have to say that those I lead are my biggest problem. #1 mistake- being nice, people like to take advantage of those in charge and if you allow that then you have created a big problem. I did that and it came back to bite me in the a s s after I had to set HIM straight, now he hates me and holds a grudge because I had to do my job. But that's life I guess, can't please em' all.

He acted gay, was a jerk to many, and really liked to boss people around. He got the position because he slept with someone higher up. He was smart but stupid at the same time.

he's the supervisor and he can do what he needs with scheduling the paintings hours. he's attempting to ask you to stop, after which you won't be in a position to draw unemployment advantages. Ask him to paintings you or lay you off.
