I'd definitely make sure I met my wife again.
I regret not asking more girls out in high school. I'd definitely do high school differently.

I admit that I would be selfish and that I would go back to the time of Jesus. I want to see Him speak and be heard to so many thousands from only a mountain. I want to see Him feed them all.
I often wonder what He was like as a child and if He needed discipline like all the others. And I admit I would cling to Him without hesitation. Then I would regret nothing because I would not upset the balance of history by doing so. Nor would I apologize for the experience or for the privilege.
How soon can we leave? (Good Luck.)

I regret not knowing where I'd be now! Of course, even if I knew, I obviously didn't change it, or else I would be here!
Truly, I'd have work harder on my education. Sounds corny, but it would really makes more enjoyable in the long run. So, I regret fooling around too much, and not seriously trying to plan for the future. Slack time then, makes hard times now!

if i went back in time, and the chance to know what i know today,
i regret
- smoking cigarettes at 13
-- taking in a friends teenager to help them out for 60 days, then she robbed me blind, and now i have to deal with the loss of my savings, and mountain of bills, just happened a few weeks ago, so i am a little pissed right now
i do not regret
- any choice i made in regards to my relationships .
- my life in general
very interesting question, i have to give a star, you made me think on this one
with that thought i guess i am luckier then others

If I had a chance to go back in time...(if I knew what I know now)...I would have never married my first husband..he was abusive...and I think my whole life change the day I married him because we had a son that is abusive too....so I regret marrying him. I would have stayed single.....no problems there....

From your first question, my thoughts were: how far back? what
country? whose body would I use? But, from your second
question, I assume you're referring to the present life--only back
maybe 5, 10, or so years. My personal past really wasn't that
bad. I probably regret not studying harder in school, not asking
that cute sophomore out, not learning how to do the latest dance,
but, hey, maybe it was meant to be.

I wouldn't change my own life, even though there are things I regret. The most important thing is what you do from this day forward.
