There should be two .cue files that came with the .bin files. You can open the .cue files in Nero, Roxio, etc. and burn them to a CD or convert them to .iso or .nrg files and mount them as an image using software such as Nero ImageDrive.
Some copyrighted games downloaded off the internet will have problems when you are installing them where the second disc will not be recognized when you are asked to insert it.

Use PowerISO to burn it to CD. You can download it at www.poweriso.com (trial version but it will allow you to use it to burn those files to CD).
