Video I-Pod?

Does anyone know where I can download music videos for my I-Pod, like with the free music. I notice that it have to be in MPEG format and some downloads be horrible from limeire, morpheus etc... Can you help me out please? Thank you

Google Video is Great, though with all the You Tube Crap you really need to search for a video that is downloadable.
