I need one picture of an inner-city school that obviously has funding issues (Broken windows, decaying building) and a picture of a suburban school that is nice and obviously has funds to spare. If you know where I can get some I would greatly appreciate it!

Oh that one is easy, take a trip to your nearest ghetto and a trip to the nearest public school where the houses in the neighborhood start at about 400k and take the pictures yourself.

Once you do that ask why the money that went to the run down school was never used as it was supposed to. It isn't a matter of money, it is a matter of corrupt admin. We as tax payers have been pouring more and more money into inner city schools and the money keeps disappearing. If you really want to help schools, don't worry about the pictures, worry about the sleazy bast@rds that are stealing the billions that go into the education system. The U.S. puts more money into education than any other country in the world, but our system is not even close to the best. Why? Because it is corrupt from the ground up and needs an overhaul from the ground up. Why do the admin make executive salaries in these poverty areas?
I say all of this, because from the way you asked your question, it sounds like you are going to make an unfair comparison somewhere. IF you really want to help, help us fix the corruption instead of worrying what the nice school looks like. You want a nice school in the inner city? Clean up the inner city first.
I have been there and have seen it. Instead of wanting taxpayers to fork out more cash, make the administration give up their $250,000 a year salaries and free trips to the Bahamas.
