A fellow traveler is someone who shares a commitment to progressive social change, and yes, that would include liberals and other reasonable people. Fear-mongering troglodytes are naturally afraid of this.

"Fellow traveler" was used to describe people who were supportive of the USSR. The USSR no longer exists, so I imagine you are trying to use it to describe liberals who might support Castro or Chavez? Not sure.
Maybe a better question is "Are die hard religious conservatives fellow travelers of Islamic fundamentalists?" Can't get more conservative than an Islamic fundamentalist, they really know how to put women and homosexuals in their place.

I'm not sure what you mean by that term and I'm sure you would have to elaborate for anyone else to understand (no matter which side of the political equation they stand). We are all fellow travelers in this world whether we agree with each other or not.

Many peoples scoffed at me and reported this can lower than no circumstances take position. ideal, now shrink than Obama this very component occurred. finally we are able to vote out the Republicans and positioned in the course of in Democrats. This progression is going to repeat until eventually eventually the country falls aside or people grow to be smart.

Seems to me I heard this term in a movie once. Isn't a 'fellow Traveler' a communist?

In which case it has nothing to do with Liberals, of course.
