Adult websites make you agree to all these terms before you use them. I know it is against the law for underage kids to use them, but do they actually ever catch people or arrest underage kids?

What they are doing is luring you into their web,,, once you agree to these terms, they can tap into your computer and make you go to 10 more sites before you sign out. The porn sites are also the biggest area where viruses are released. They also get all of your info before hitting you up for Info so they can sell it to all of their friends as well

i suppose they do it for liability reasons, if they don't ask for age then they have nothing to give to law enforcement should the law ever come down on them for anything.

probably not, but at least they asked. that job is more for the parents.
