In the past few decades, BPOs have emerged as a new platform for unemployed people but does it really help in eradicating unemployement and improving the economy??
With the advent of computers and internet facilities and services, the world has become a global village with the possibility of instantaneous transfer of large volume of data by voice or text mode across destinations far and wide,

Taking advantage of this, multinational corporations evolved the concept of BPOs for carrying out their support service activities elsewhere in a remote site with the support of service providers and achieve better results at optimal costs. Because the multinational corporations have spread their operations world wide and also to mitigate office space and other constrains BPOs have come in handy for their benefits.

There is a very great demand for BPO services in the banking,insurance,finance,medical ,healthcare telecommunication sectors etc and BPOs have come to stay for good.

But,millions of our people young and old getting employment with attractive salaries and perquisites in BPOs and definitely it helps to provide employment to part of a very large section of the unemployed in our country. It also helps to improve the economy to some extent.

They only spoil mind and health of youngsters. More money at young age increases spendthrift and helps inflation.
