Air does have mass. When you weigh an empty balloon and a balloon filled with air you will see the balloon filled with air is actualy showing more weight than the empty balloon. Eventhough the different is not big.

You may be asking why air particles that float in the balloon will show weight while it is not sitting on the wall of the balloon.

Answer is air particles are moving all the time. For example an air particle which is moving up and down, it will collide with the top wall and the bottom wall of the balloon. The rate of change of momentum between collision will give you the weight of the balloon.

Yes!!
Air is a mixture of different gases, Nitrogen, Oxygen and etc. Gases, like all the other material are made of Molecules, although very little (6.02*10e-23 Moles) each molecule has a mass. So, air has mass.

*Did you know?
The strong movement of air Molecules cause air pressure when crashing our bodies, if that pressure didn't exist, we would blow up due to our internal body pressure! So if we enter a vacuum space without any support, the biggest remaining part of our body will be our... um... atoms!!!

Yes, even gasses have mass, even Helium has mass. Pretty much everything has mass except light and imaginary stuff.

Yes air has mass.

Weigh a balloon.

Blow it up and weigh it again - it will be heavier.

The extra weight is due to the air.
