week. This is customary for the army because my step-son had to lose real fast. I find this to be disturbing. Doctors will tell you it's dangerous, so why would our own military endanger our children? I fully understand that they have to be at an ideal weight. But, more time should be allowed. Maybe then they wouldn't feel so stressed.

she can only do this by strictly eating only fruits and veggies for a week (with more emphasis on veggies)
During that week, she should consume at least 4 litters of water a day, and work out 2 hours a day! (1 in the morning and 1 at night!)
If she cheats on her diet, she will end up gaining more weight!

What she has to go through will be hard in the first 3 days, but its just 1 week and the benefits ( a job! plus, her body gets to rest!) out-weights one week of discomfort.

I can't help but feel sorry for your neice! thats gonna be so..... hard! but she CAN do it! (I have done it before! I did it for my B-day)

On the contrary, my dear! :) I AM very educated when it comes to nutrition and weight loss! :)
Food is so.... over rated! a week of fresh fruits and veggies is gonna do her much good! As long as she does not have a health problem like hypo-glycemia or diabetes... she will be fine! :)
