Well, there is no way you can take all members of the team to one level. You can not improve the ability, what you can improve is the weakness in a player. Any good player knows his weakness and sorts it out in the practice session with other senior colleagues, coach and ex players.
Cricket is a team game and all members have to chip in their part to come out as winners. Hence, all members should do what they are supposed to do and of course, there are going to be some failures and other players, therefore will have to chip in that extra. If you could do this, the team is likely to win more than 80% of the matches.
