Of course. It's wrong to give anyone anything and they don't say thank you.

Unless you gave him a "Dear John" letter or divorce papers he's an idiot for not acknowledging it. I don't care what may be on his mind, you gave him a gift, no matter how big or small, you deserve at the very least a spec of gratitude. What he gave you was a kick in the stomach for not saying anything about it. You don't say that he treated you to anything special on the day but I can only assume by his ignorance that you received nothing. He's as (%*& and doesn't deserve your gifts. Many men would love them.
I'm sorry for you and for him when one of the many appreciative men out there stumbles upon you and appreciates you for all that you are and all that you give.

It was inconsiderate of your husband not to acknowledge the gift you gave him. Even if for some reason he didn't like it he should've said thank you and noted your thoughtfulness. Obviously we don't know your husband. Is it possible that he has something heavy weighing on his mind ? If so he still should've said thank you but at least it would lend understanding to his lack of interest. Maybe he just needs a quiet evening and a nice back rub from his wife. There still may be time to salvage your evening ....... wishin you both a Happy Valentines !! : )

Hello. I think that it is a little strange that he did nothing at all at the valentine. He might have some internal problem and is trying to work it out. Or he might have some deep past expierience on this day. It could be many things but I suggest that you talk with him about it while being tatful.

Well he should of at least told you thank you for the gift you gave him, and he should of told you that he was sorry that he did not get you anything in return, and to tell you how much he loves you, and how important you are too him.
