What I think is so funny is how guys of any color wear their pants like that and on COPS run and their pants fall down around their ankles. How friggin' stupid. But, you know, if I wanted to look at someone's underwear, I would ask them. Do guys actually think they look "gooooood" with their pants around their knees? Come on, there is a butt in pants to wear around your butt, not around your knees. Same thought goes for the girls who advertise they wear butt floss....Low rise pants with their floss pulled high up over their hips. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE YOUR UNDERWEAR PEOPLE!!!!!!! You may as well wear it on top of your clothing.

I don't know why they wear them. But it originated during slavery, they would make them wear pants that were to big so they could not run. If they knew this then maybe they would not wear them.

So now your telling me that ALL Black people wear oversize pants hung below their belt line? So you have met every single Black person not only in America, but in Brazil (which has the largest Black pop. outside of Africa), Puerto Rico, India, Belize, Bolivia, Jamaica, Canada, Haiti, Barbabas, all throughout Europe and of course Africa.
