Time out of Mind, Oh Mercy, Hard Rain, The essential Bob Dylan (collection) and Bob Dylan/The Band Before the Flood are also great.

I like Desire best. Especially "Hurricane", but I'll admit I think Blonde on Blonde is the consensus-opinion best. Blood On The Tracks and Freewheelin' would be way up there, along with Highway 61 Revisited. If put to a vote, Desire probably wouldn't be top 10, really. But I still like it.

Editing to say, now that I think about it, how can I not say it's Freewheelin? Blowin in the wind, hard rain's gonna fall, don't think twice it's alright...It practically takes a greatest-hits album to beat that one.
