I saw a few EX friends of mine pick on my cousin in a forum. They said untrue things about him and one really big headed b**** said he looks like a shark.
I heard the expression before but what's it supposed to mean if someone says "He looks like a shark?"

A low dealing, fast talking, slimey predator....or a slick, seasoned
professional as in "card shark"...or it could just mean a large,
grey marine animal who never sleeps and roams the oceans
with his tiny little eyes looking for surfers.

In the figurative sense, a shark is a grasping, rapacious person; a rogue, a swindler.

Not sure, maybe the shape of his head resembles a shark...to him/her. Like I think Pat Sajak looks like a snapping turtle! lol

I think it means someone who looks like a predator : someone who would prey on weaker people.
