Who really gives a frickin' damn about "valentine's day?" It's a commercial holiday. Anyone that needs an excuse to buy a materialistic gift is mentally retarded. Get a life.

Well, since we're on a tight budget this year, I opted for simple....
I made my oldest son his favorite Strawberry Cheesecake all for himself (the cheap instant jello kind)...my youngest son Chocolate chip cookies, and my husband frosted sugar cookies. My two month old daughter and I drove the 30 minutes and spent 2.5 hours (and brought cookies) to my grandmother who is 93, and slowly dying....
I bought two beautiful, large red wine glasses from the Goodwill (at 1.99/ea) and wrapped them up for my husband for Vday.
I took my family out to our favorite mexican restaurant....it's authentic and we can all eat for $25 (including pop, beers and the tip)....
I think it's more important to spend time with the people you love rather than the amount of money you spend....
I got a nice card and a gift from my husband, and nothing from my boys......but the time talking over dinner was like the biggest diamond ever!

Thought about how much I hate my life and then thought about how crappy it is to work a job were you could be replaced and then buisness would just continue to run as usual.

WOKE MY HUSBAND UP AT 2AM TO MAKE LOVE SPENT THE DAY LAYING IN BED READING AND NAPPING THEN WENT TO CHURCH WENT TO EAT AFTER SERVICE WITH MY HUSBAND 2RANDSONS AND ONE OF MY SONS AND HIS WIFE CAME HOME THE GRANDSONS CAME HOME WITH US SO DADDY& MOMMYS COULD HAVE A NICE NIGHT THEY ARE ALL ASLEEP AND I AM ENJOYING HOT COCO AND ON THIS COMPUTOR CAUSE I SLEEP ALL DAY GREAT DAY I AM BLESSED
