Some of the movies that i do download, have both audio and visual, but some only have audio. Why?

You might be missing a codec. You should probably download the DIVx and XVid codec online.

Most probably causes are, either your video graphics card is under powered, not enough memory, or if it is streaming video that your Internet connection may not be fast enough

i have the same problem alot and never can fix it try downloading torrents and converting them to ipod playing files and play them with itunes that should work
