As far as position, the person who said missionary with the pillow and lying there an additional 20 min. is correct. That IS considered the best possible way to insure the sperm reaches the eggs.
Do not EVER use medications without a dr. prescribing them and overseeing them.
A lot depends on how long you have been trying. Has your partner been tested for sperm count? You can be fertile and he could have problems so that is a must when trying to conceive.
You should be on vitamins, watch your diet, exercise and watch your weight NOW. Then, get some books on fertility. If you can't afford to buy them, get them at a library. I hesitate to recommend names of books as it has been several years since I have had to address this issue but there are some excellent ones out there.
You need to get a basal body thermometer which you can order online or get at any drugstore. Also, some charts for keeping track of your temperature. The Couple-to-Couple League of the Catholic Church had the best ones of all I looked at but I bet you could find some online to print out, too. Start charting your temp EVERY day at the same time BEFORE you even get out of bed.
Read about mucus signs and changes in your cervix. It may sound gross but you can actually check yourself and note changes. The books will tell you what to look for. As far as your temp, it will go up a degree once you have ovulated. If you feel a pain in your side that is ovulation. Many women feel that pain for a few hours. Once your temp goes up you have already ovulated. You will get your period 14 days after that day. Even if you are extremely irregular (as I am) learning these things can make you understand your body and learn when you are fertile. You can also buy the test kit that tells when you are fertile but, if you learn what I did, you really don't need it.
My last baby I knew I was pg with it 18 days after conception just because I had kept track of my charts. And I had a tube removed after a tubal pregnancy and had VERY irregular periods. So I decided to take things into my own hands and learn as much as I could. I was amazed at how much we are NOT taught about our own bodies.
Good luck - and haul your partner to the dr. to have a check on his fertility, too.

1. What are some good positions I could perform in sex to conceive a child more faster? There are none
2. Is there a good farmacy that sells fertility pills cheap or with no prescription? No, at least not in the U.S. it is against the law to sell that stuff without a prescription.
3. What are some things I could do to conceive a child? Eat the proper foods, exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle
4. Any diet plans? I never used any so I don't have any
5. Anything will help, please. I suggest you stick with what your doctor has prescribed for you, yes it is expensive but there are no "short cuts" If you can afford to concive a child then how in hell are you going to be able to raise one?

Well for Positions there is one thing that will help the deeper the man gets the better your chances are. But the rear entry is the best because it tilts your cervix forward some and also makes it easier for the man to get deeper. The other position is for the woman on the bottom and to pick her legs up onto her mates shoulders and he can thrust deeper. and to stay in this position after he ejaculates inside you. And you should stay with your legs curled up and on your back for about 10 minutes to help put your cervix in the right position. Plus if you have sex 10 to 14 days after your cycle had started you most likely will be releasing your egg. And the egg lives 3 days approx and sperm lives 3-5 days so you should get pregnant good luck and keep trying

I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago i now have 3 children living and had 2 miscarrages. I went on a diabetic diet, cutting my carbs intake and lost about 60lbs. I excersize everyday and try to take care of my body. I was one glocophaze medication for a while but it didnt seam to help me but the weight loss and watching my carbs and starchy food intake worked well. i was told that doggy style is a great way to have sex and to get the sperm where it needs to be and once the act is over you need to stay in that position for at least 20 minutes to give the sperm time to get the job done......GOOD LUCK **babydust***

I am also TTC and it is frustrating!!!! I have heard having sex missionary or from behind helps. I've also heard putting a pillow under you bottom after for ten minutes it helps. Also I have heard great things about preseed. It's a lubricant that helps. I just ordered mine now, but everyone I have asked that has used it, said it worked. Well good luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.

You should really ask your OB/Gyn for a referral to a Reproductive Endocrinologist who will help you figure out your best plan for making a baby. Taking fertility drugs without a prescription or doctor's supervision could be putting your health at risk.

Talk to your doctor about metformin. It is a diabetic drug that has been used in multiple women for PCOS. It is also generic and very cheap compared to other fertility medication! I have also heard of multiple women getting pregnant on it. Good Luck!
