First of all, you need to remember that if you said something hurtful to this person, whether you meant it or not, it will always stay in their mind and heart. It takes time to heal from being hurt like that, so I recommend that you give this person time and slowly try to work your way back into their life.

Stop. Have no other concern except to look at yourself honestly. Now decide to make some changes that will make you a better person. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Get going. Get this right and everything else falls into proper place. When someone finds the perfect other, is "someone" really the perfect other for the perfect other?

First off you need to hash out the reason that you pushed this person away. You stated "this was the person that you love right now"......Was it because they wanted to be with you to much ? Or because you love them, but your really not IN love with them. Time plays tricks on your heart and mind and then you decide you can't have what you thought you wanted. Hash out your reasons why you push them away first. Then make your decision on how to get them back.

Call her and hopefully she listens. Then pour your heart out. Write her a heartfelt letter. Don't hate yourself you were angry and maybe it's best you pushed her away. It could have prevented more hurt comming to her or you even physical pain. Take your time but you two need to have a serious talk. If it's true love it will work out. I hope the best for you both.

It's the universe's way of giving you a wake up call. You should tell the person that you are sorry, but do not ask for anything from that person unless you really figure out what you want, or else you will end up back where you were...taking that person for granted. Good luck.

once you push something, there's always a possibility that you can pull them back, all you need is a little bit of rope and some inner strength. talk to him/her. explain your thoughts towards him/her. apologize.
be kind and respectful and give them a brief description of what's going on, ok?
tell him/her that you love her. Just dont ask desperate.
good luck!

How about you just tell the that you are sorry that you hurt the person and why not invite the person to dinner. Eating your heart out is not going to get the message to him/her.

If you really love that person then they would be willing to hear from you so it is never too late to pull them back into your life.
