why WERE they suing her (past tense)...

God, there are too many law suits flying around to keep up, aren't there!

I am SURE that I heard/read that TrimSpa were suing ANS at one point. I have no doubt that she was being sued by others, and I am sure TrimSpa would have their fair share of law suits against their name...

Trimspa was not suing her, both Trimspa and Anna Nicole were named as defendants in a class action lawsuit filed l2/6/07. Janet Luna and three people identified as her guardians were named in a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The lawsuit alleges deceptive business practices and a violation of California's unfair competition law.
The lawsuit alleges that marketing for the weight-loss pill is false or misleading.

No. Trimspa was being sued and Anna Nicole Smith was named in the suit.

It was two women who were suing Trim spa because there is no way you can look that good after using a diet pill. If that was the case I would buy that stuff by the truck load.

Other way around there deary....Anna Nicole was suing TrimSpa for not divulging all of the information to consumers that they should have in the first place.
