I was wondering how you pronounce the name of the Greek village Oia which is in Santorini, Greece.

It's ee-uh phonetically, but none of the tourists on the island get it right :)

If you write it Oia, then you pronounce it Eea.

Long e and the baby word a. E as in Capt EO. and A as in a pigs eye.
