mole appeared on its own a couple of months back when i went to a temple and its near my heart line....

Two things:
1. As a Wiccan, I can't see anything wrong with that.
2. As a doctor, I can't see anything wrong with that either.
Advise: Maybe you should visit a dermatologist to make sure it is nothing bad as I suspect.

A mole that suddenly appears means you should go to the doctor. Moles that are exposed to a lot of sunlight should be periodically examined by a doctor anyway, as they are likely to become cancerous. However, they can be easily removed.

Sorry - this is kinda pessimistic and accusing - but hunters in the middle ages used that as a sign that one was a .

Very bad for your health, since you use your hands to do things, and can damage it accidentally, and cause bleeding, or growth, and it can even turn cancerous.
Get it removed at a doctor's. It does not hurt and it's not expensive.
