If it is blocked, chances are your parents don't want you to see it.

Well, websites dont just magically get blocked. You need to undo whatever is blocking it. Parental control software? Blocked via hosts file? Who knows, theres 20 ways to block websites off the top of my head, you need to be more specific.

If you have a pop up blocker enabled, hold shift and click on the site's link to open it it a new window. Otherwise right click it and say open in a new window.
