yes it will close...but why would you want to pierce it if your planning to take it out already.

It would heal properly, the time it takes depends on how long you've had it in.
If it's after a couple of years, it may take a while longer to heal properly, sometimes it 'can' take up to a few weeks. After it heals, it may leave a tiny little bump where the hole was, which is barely noticable as it is, or it can even heal without a trace completely.
It's perfectly safe, and no one would know you even had your nose pierced at all after it heals :)

My fiance has had her nose pierced for years and I asked her and she said it would stay a hole..

As with any piercing, yes it will close and heal.

Hmm well id depends sometimes it will close and others it won't it just depends on if your ear starts to get use to the earing when you put it in then it may close if you take it out

it wont close but it will get smaller with time, i should know mine is pierced
