Yes, some of the smaller fishes have poisonous spines in there fins or even in flesh near their tails. The vast majority of those that are poisonous are catfish. Most all catfish have poison in there fin spines, some are worse than others but very very few are life-threatening at all. Most will cause some pain and some will cause very significant pain if you are stuck. The first aid for this is the same for all catfishes: Hot water. Immerse the affected area and some of the area between the stick and your heart in the hottest water you can stand without scalding yourself. Treat this way, keeping the water hot for at least 10 minutes or until there is little pain without the water.

There are of course additional poisonous animals if you are talking about a marine aquarium and some of those are truly life-threatening.
