should I worry about getting hurt by touching the printer inside if its turned off?

just make sure its unplugged and your main concern shouold be not hurting the PRINTER (LEVEL 2)!!!!!!!!!!1

If it's turned off nothing will move, so you'll be fine. If you're really worried about it, unplug it then work on the inside.
